Julian Fabian Tejada, Attorney at Law 1 829 964-5067. Fabian works for us as an attorney and manages all legal matters, verifying the legal compliance of properties. He also handles the transfer of titles to the buyer, ensuring that each client receives their legal title in their name. He is also available to all our clients for legal questions, such as residency, health insurance, taxes, company formation, etc.

Yeudi Alvarez, master builder and head of the construction site, is a highly experienced builder who manages and directs the construction site. His experience ensures the reliability of our construction work. Our European clients are very satisfied and enthusiastic about his work.

Elinoit Sylvestre, known as "Willy" ( 1 809 984 1317), is our service representative in Rio San Juan. He manages our rental properties and conducts viewings for prospective buyers.
