  • Managing your property

    We will take care of your property for a fee of USD 150 per month. Rental services are also included. Please contact us for details, including any special requests.

  • Tax advice/balance sheets

  • Real estate law / acquisition

    You can purchase any type of property in the Dominican Republic without restrictions. The following additional costs apply: real estate transfer tax, usually 3%, and a notary fee of 1%. An annual property tax called "IPI" is only payable starting in 2021 (RD $8,138,353.26). I would be happy to calculate this for you based on your purchase price!   • Residence permit

    Contact the Dominican Consulate General in your hometown to apply for a visa, which is required for further processing of your residency permit in the Dominican Republic. With the assistance of a lawyer of your choice, you will continue the process in the country.
