  • Management of your property

    We will take care of your property for a cost of $150 per month. The rental service is also included. Please write to us for details, including any special requests.

  • Company foundation

  • Tax advice/balance sheets

    Our tax advisor will take care of the monthly balance sheets or the one-time annual balance sheet for you at manageable prices...

  • Real estate law/acquisition

    You can purchase any kind of property in the Dominican Republic without any restrictions. You will incur the following additional costs, real estate transfer tax is usually 3%, the notary fee is the statutory 1%. an annual property tax called "IPI" is only paid from 2021 (RD$8,138,353.26).   • residency permit

    Contact the Dominican Consulate General in your respective hometown to apply for a visa, which is required for further processing of the residence permit/residencia in the Dominican Republic. You continue the process of further processing in the country with a lawyer of your choice.

  • Health insurance/insurance of all kinds
